What does it mean to truly “come of age” as an adult in the workplace? This session explores how flourishing at work requires navigating adversity with awareness, empathy, motivation, and ability—the four capabilities of a practical compassion practice. Through interactive discussions, participants will examine emotional triggers, resistance, and the internal stories that shape leadership behavior. We’ll connect these concepts directly to management, leadership, trust, and performance in today’s workplace. Attendees leave with simple tools they can immediately apply to elevate their own leadership and strengthen team culture.
