***Please note our event location and time has changed***

Start Time: 8am

New location: Joya Kitchen - 10275 Science Center Dr #150, San Diego, CA 92121

None of us anticipated the change and expectations that have come from the pandemic and how this has significantly impacted the human resources profession.  With much courage, we have all spent time and energy simply surviving this phenomenon.  Now, we must strategize what happens next.  We will spend some time exploring what we must become in the future to continue the journey to the next performance level of human resources.  Should we stay on course with this cruise ship or do we need a new ticket and journey plan?

What will participants learn?

  • Understand how to think like a psychologist – the truth is that all of us have some form of PTSD from the last two and ½ years.  How are we going to continue to thrive?
  • Strategize your next steps.  What will you need to do to make a difference and stand out?
  • Learn from Barb’s Courage Plan.  What will your courage plan look like?  Do you have a plan for taking care of yourself?
