   Shelly Morales, CEO and Founder of MoralesHR, will walk through the story of her career journey. She will share what pivotal moments got her to where she is today, the roadblocks and obstacles she had to work through, and advice for those aspiring toward CEO, CHRO, and/or board member. Shelly will then discuss where she is today, the current state of employment and the overwhelming shift toward hiring fractional employees. This session will be interactive with time to discuss amongst participants.

  Shelly Morales is a seasoned Executive, Advisor and Board Member who brings over two decades of experience helping global firms drive performance through forward-thinking HR leadership. Over the years, Shelly led teams at Juniper Networks, LinkedIn and Cadence Design Systems, and has held Executive roles in public and private companies.  Shelly also founded MoralesHR, a full service consultancy that connects people and opportunities through networking.   Speaker Bio:

  Phyllis Sarkaria is a master certified executive coach, facilitator, and trusted adviser.  She has held corporate executive roles in human resources and government affairs and has had responsibility for functions as diverse as strategic planning, merger integration, and team effectiveness.  Before founding The Sarkaria Group, Phyllis served as an internal adviser and coach to C-level executives and other key employees at Quidel Corporation (now QuidelOrtho), a leading medical diagnostics manufacturer. As head of HR, she was responsible for the company’s global HR strategy and people programs for more than a dozen years. In addition, she has held financial analysis, strategic planning, government affairs, and HR roles with large, matrixed corporations in the energy industry, and has served on the teaching faculty of several universities. This diversity of experience provides a unique perspective for solving business problems and improving leadership effectiveness.
