Serve as a strategic partner for Gene Therapy team leaders in San Diego. Drive talent management, organizational development, and change management initiatives. Guide leaders through employee relations, ensuring a fair and consistent process. Lead HR policies and procedures implementation to engage and retain employees. About You: This is an onsite position for 3-4 days/week in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with a focus on HR Management and/or Organizational Development. A minimum of 12 years of HR experience primarily as an HRBP is required, enhanced by TA experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical/Biotech environment. Familiarity with California employment law practices. Demonstrated ability to navigate a fast-paced, changing environment.
